Bad news

Yesterday I went to take another look at the site with an architect and he told me, that it would be to expensive to build there because the land is too steep, and could not be accessible with big machinery.
So I,m again at the beginning...serching for land...where I could build.

My first post...

First I want to apologize for all the mistakes I will make while writing...(English is not my native language) so I will probably make a lot of errors during my writing.
So where should I start...probably if I describe the weather condition on the land I intend to buy: strong winds up to 200km/h (125miles per hour), altitude aprox. 580m (1900 feet) above sea level, temperatures from -15°C to 35°C (5°F to 95°F). But as you can see on the picture on the right side, the view is beautiful.
So the house will be buit from concrete, brick or some similar material, only the roof will be made from wood. But even that could change.
I would like to make it low energy consumption (almoast pasive), so a lot of insulation will be needed.
And what I expect from readers of my blog...whell some directions, ideas, the best ways to do things, interesting links on construction, insulation, heating...and so on...oh I almoast forgot, and coments on my ideas that will be written on this blog.
